Museum of Latin American Art

The Museum of Latin American Art (MoLAA) is the only museum in the western United States that exclusively features contemporary Latin American fine art. The mission of MoLAA is to educate the public about contemporary Latin American fine art through the establishment of a significant permanent collection and the presentation of dynamic exhibitions and related programs. MoLAA exhibits the work of artists who have lived and worked in Latin America since World War II and are well-known in their own countries but have had little or no exposure in the United States.
Since its inception in November of 1996, MoLAA has grown tremendously in terms of its physical space, the services that it offers to the community, its educational programs and special events, and the importance of the exhibits presented.
